Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TaleTuck (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The App is operated by Qorinx (“we”, “our”, or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaleTuck is a mobile application that generates personalised bedtime stories for children, narrated using AI voice cloning technology. The App is intended for use by parents and guardians of children aged 2–10.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TaleTuck. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years of age.

4. Voice Cloning Consent

By using the voice cloning feature, you confirm that:

• The voice recording you provide is your own voice
• You consent to your voice being processed by AI to create a synthetic voice profile
• The synthetic voice will be used solely for narrating bedtime stories within the App
• You may delete your voice profile at any time through the App settings

5. Subscriptions & Payments

TaleTuck offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s store settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

Current pricing is displayed in the App Store and Google Play Store. A free trial may be available for new users who enrol their voice. Trial terms are displayed before recording begins.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Stories generated by TaleTuck are created using AI and personalised with user-provided information. You may share stories for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell generated stories commercially
• Use the voice cloning technology outside of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI models from the App
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children

7. Content Safety

TaleTuck implements content safety measures to ensure all generated stories are appropriate for children. We reserve the right to filter, block, or regenerate any content that does not meet our safety standards.

8. Availability & Limitations

We strive to keep TaleTuck available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Story generation requires an internet connection. Downloaded stories are available offline.

Free tier users are limited to 2 stories per week from the story pool. Premium users have access to unlimited stories, including on-demand AI-generated stories.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, all your data (including voice profiles, child profiles, and stories) will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TaleTuck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated stories will be error-free or that voice cloning will produce a perfect reproduction of your voice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TaleTuck.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
